These are gifts that I would love to receive:
1. A bookshelf - built with wood from Renovator's Resource. It should fit the space at the top of our stairs and be about 4.5 to 5 feet tall. And the shelves should be wide enough and tall enough for magazines.
2. The DaVinci Code. This version.
3. A ball winder and swift. The plastic and metal swift would be fine - it's only $39.95. The plastic and metal ball winder is perfect too. Obviously, if you can order if from a Canadian company, it would be better.
4. An evening with you - going for a walk to see the Christmas lights.
5. For you to wink at me from the stage next Saturday night, 'cause it makes me feel like a rock star's girl.
Of course, given our current, uh, situation, I'm only hoping for #1, #4 and #5.

I hope Uncle A is on top of that bookshelf otherwise I'll make my dad come out there and build you one out of drywall - is that ok?
