So Much For Selfish Knitting

I guess I had better finish those baby blankets! Look who arrived early:

The twins are doing well, but due to their early arrival they are still in the neonatal unit. They arrived on December 30th as "somebody" was hogging the food and getting in the way of his sister's blood flow. Ahem. The boy was 5 pounds and the girl, 3 pounds 14 ounces. Mom is doing well, Dad is already wrapped around their tiny fingers. Grandparents and uncles are standing by and are itching to get their hands on them. I can't wait to get a chance to visit.

  1. They're gorgeous!! Congratulations! I have nieces-related knitting that has to get done, too.... they're the reason I learned to knit in the first place!!

Congratulations - they are so sweet in their little preemie caps. And take it from a former preemie who looked like a shaved tailess rat when born, those little ones are cuties...

    Adorable.

Don't let her know about her brother's in utero antics later in life -- she'll wreak havoc on him ever after!
